I’m very disappointed with the treatment I received at Sonrisa Family Dental. The African American dental assistant with braids and glasses was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional—so much so that she asked the dentist to step out of the room while I was discussing my treatment plan. She was not helpful at all. As for the dentist, I saw an Asian man who seemed indifferent and uninterested in my concerns. My questions and health considerations were not taken seriously. I checked in minutes before appointment. Sat for bout 30mins another person waiting had an 3:30 appt and didn’t ask about his until 4:30 when I was starting to notice it’s taking too long. I asked 50 minutes into my appointment time how long the wait was she said all rooms were filled and she doesn’t know a time to give… people walked in after me got called before my name was ever called.
