Sonovus installed solar panels on our home in 2023. We have a broken panel now and I have been trying to get in touch with them. Their website no longer works and no one answers their phones. Panel is under warranty and need it to be replaced. There seems to be a person named Drew that has responded to people through these Google reviews, but when I emailed him it bounced back. Just need someone's valid contact information.
Sonovus energy installed solar panels on my home but I have a concern about how they secured the panels because they only bolt them on the plywood not from the 4x2 to have better support especially because here in North texas we have strong winds and tornados I been trying to get someone from sonovus to see the installation but no one call me back I sent pictures showing the type of information they did but still no one got in touch with me to discuss my concerns I also been trying to get in touch with the salesman Ismael Lo... read more
Would not recommend them at all. Signed contract in July 2023, everything got installed in about 3 months but we are still not using solar because we went about 6 months without any contact or what was going on with our system. It is now April and people finally show up to inspect it with the city and there no plans or permits for the city to check out.
Sonovus Energy is a nightmare. Our project was supposed to be completed in the Fall of 2022. Its currently 2024 and work is not complete.
No les recomiendo esta compañía, sólo te engañan cuando te visitan e tu casa y te hacen mal la instalación, sólo quieren hacerte pedir el préstamo para que tu te endeudes en tu crédito y después de que ellos cobran el préstamo que solicitaron a tu nombre . Y de que instalan los paneles ya no te contestan las llamadas para cualquier problema y después de 6 meses el banco te aumentan el pago mensual con los que te consiguen el préstamo
