This was my first time visiting this ultrasound facility, and I had a great experience from start to finish. The techs were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They made me feel comfortable and at ease right away. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions with patience and care. I really appreciated their helpful and courteous approach. Highly recommend this place to anyone needing ultrasound services!
Awesome place, showed every detail possible and wasn’t in and out like all the other ultrasound places. Highly recommend coming here if you want to see your baby in FULL detail the lady’s here we’re super nice welcoming and very outgoing and happy to help us 10/10
Staff was eloquent and efficient with their service. They deserve a raise
My first time at Sonotec was an excellent experience. At check-in, I was greeted by Mona at the front desk who welcomed me with a warm greeting. There was virtually no wait time. My ultrasound techs were kind and courteous and knowledgeable. And, of course, at the end of my exam, I was given a gift “goodie” bag, which added the extra touch to my experience. Thank you to all the staff at Sonotec in Rancho Mirage.
