About this business
Our story began many years ago with our grandfather Jose Flores. He lived in a small town in Mexico called Juchitlan, Jalisco. From a very young age he worked in his father's fields and Carniceria. He did everything from butchering to selling. Now, we, his grandaughters, continue the tradition. Many years later in the small town of Tarachi, Sonora a young man left to pursue his dreams. So I saw a video that they posted on instagram of their chicharrones and they looked amazing so I decided to stop by while I was in town. I purchased some chicharrones and started eating them outside on their patio. After a few bites I noticed what looked like a cockroach leg fried into one of the chicharrones. I pulled the leg off of the meat and there was an imprint of it on the meat. I took a photo of the leg before I removed it and showed it to the staff.
