Unfortunately, I ignored the reviews via ****** and live to regret it. I was shown a beautiful model Apartment and was given keys to a dump. (Additionally, right before being given keys, they disclosed charges that were not discussed prior to giving them my initial deposit)Upon opening the unit door, I quickly noticed the dirt and grime on the entry and closet doors and flooring. The management here is totally inept. From towing cars that are listed on the lease, to removing essential parking, to undertaking vain & useless projects in the middle of a pandemic (requiring every apartment to be entered without regard to the occupant's health), and charging for services that work perhaps 50% of the time (Valet Living).... Residents are forced to pay for valet trash services every month, but it is common for the staff not to pick up the trash for days or weeks in a row. I talked to management and they refused to discount this service from my rent or provide a refund for the amount of time they have not provided the valet trash service. The apartment complex manager is very rude and unprofessional and asked me to contact the company they hired to provide this service. I'm being overcharged on my rent and utilities. Have tried to straighten this matter out with them but they are unresponsive as with any and all other complaints. You have to track them down because they never return phone calls. Unethical practices. Problems do not get resolved. Do not rent from these people, you will regret it.
I have lived at Sonoran Vista Apartments since February 2016. Since August of 2016 a new management company Alliance Residential has taken over the property. Since then I have had nothing but issue after issue with this management company. I have been told that maintenance can't fix our cracked windows, or the caulking in our bathtub, the bugs crawling around inside of our place.
