There’s a reason you see a bunch of one star two star ratings for this place. I’ve lived in worse neighborhoods and still have received better treatment than this complex. The office barely assist you with any help needed especially during Covid ! When they ILLEGALLY told me I was to be evicted - after being laid off during Covid. It takes them weeks to get maintenance to fix my shower that fell through from the ceiling!!! My door that was letting in hot air all summer and driving my electric bill up! The management here is totally inept. From towing cars that are listed on the lease, to removing essential parking, to undertaking vain & useless projects in the middle of a pandemic (requiring every apartment to be entered without regard to the occupant's health), and charging for services that work perhaps 50% of the time (Valet Living)....
