I have 9 failed/denied charges to my bank account from Sonoran Sun Wellness. They JUST sent me 3 invoices (2 invoices are the same invoice # and same appointment) they are trying to double charge me for the same invoice as reflected in my email and bank account denied charges. I have been left waiting endlessly for 2 of the 3 virtual appointments with no one showing up nor getting responses from their offices when I call/text. I have had three appointments scheduled. All three were evals. The first time I waited at the agreed upon time and no one ever got to me nor was anyone in the office answering the phone or responding to my texts. So much praise to give for this business, where to start?! The entire staff is absolutely wonderful. I’ve felt loved and welcomed throughout my 20+ nuero-feedback treatments and like I was truly cared about. Mister Mister, the therapy bunny is darling and adds charm and character to this practice. The aesthetics are on point and make you feel like you’re in a stylish home rather than a sterile medical office. The entire staff was pleasant, caring, and professional. I felt very comfortable at Sonoran Sun Wellness. Before my treatments were completed I noticed that things that used to trigger anxiety were no longer causing anxiety. I also have more clarity on simple everyday issues, like which light switch goes with which light.
Each provider I’ve met has been so knowledgeable and kind! Highly recommend!
