I am going to Sonoran Sleep Center for a sleep study, doctor evaluation and receiving a CPAP machine through my Medicare insurance provider. For the sleep study, the woman helping me was wonderful, reassuring, answered all my questions. The doctor explained the results and process very well. I am awaiting word from the durable medical equipment company.
Everyone was nice, helpful, and efficient.
Service professional, easy, friendly. Device could have been an easier model to take home, but instructions were easy to follow and went well.
Unfortunately I'm already invested to Sonora Sleep Center, but I am 100% dissatisfied with their customer service, response in general, and their overall business practice! If knowing what I know now, I would have NEVER used them as a referral. It's all about money to them! They bill you even before service, and now because of their service and time wasted so far, they exceeded the original referral period and to fix what they have yet to do, they had to reach out to my insurance company again to get another authorization!
