When they hooked me up to the CPAP in my sleep test, it did not go well. However, Dr Sarah Patel met with me and offered several alternatives to the mask that was used and also alternatives to the CPAP machine. She set up a followup session to try out different kinds of masks. I was able to select a mask that worked best for me and has proven successful with my CPAP machine. It is difficult to express how valuable it is to have a doctor who considers your complete health situation--looking at the whole picture. Dr. Patel is so comfortable to talk to. I so appreciate her support and advice. Felt like a conversation with a very wise friend who just happens to be your doctor. Thank you.
I had a pleasant time sleeping at Sonoran Sleep center. The staff were above and beyond friendly and the ladies who treated me made sure I was very comfortable. I did end up diagnosed with a severe case of sleep apnea, so not great news but when the ladies who treated me quickly got a c-pap mask for me, and I had the best night's sleep in years. Dr. Patel is outstanding. She is patient, smart, helpful, and kind. I've seen her twice now and it's clear she really cares about her patients. I've been suffering from bad sleep apnea for years and Dr. Patel is helping me navigate my options for treatment, etc.
Zero follow through! They “sent” my son’s referral over so they claimed for three months, never happened! They keep charging us for appointments for follow up even though they never did their part. Phx Children’s never received the referral! These people are scammers.
