Completely unethical surgeon and Office Manager regarding the communication of accurate medical procedure costs.. I had a recent surgical procedure, that included outpatient hospital costs that both the Office Manager and surgeon informed me would be covered 100% by a combination of my primary insurance provider and Medicare Type A. The surgeon was very unethical. I would highly recommend getting a second opinion before going there.
Dr Karges was recamended by a friend for a hernia repair. I was excited that she would be a great fit for me. Her office staff were very friendly as I thought she would be. At my 1 visit she was CONDESCENDING, very rude until she had me in tears because she wasn't satisfied with any answer I gave if she allowed me to answer. The worst Dr. appointment I've ever had.
