Good apts but no more
So sad this place is sold to another developer for building a "huge fancy apartment" as they said. I'm a international student and this was the first place for me in US. The new manager Gina is the most friendly, polite and nice manager I have ever seen so far(compared with where I'm living now), she's always smiling and take care of the problems inside your apartment, I really have to say that she really made me and my roommates feel like we're welcomed, it's really nice to have a chance to live here and have a such good ma... read more
I am currently living in these apartments and I absolutely love it! Management is great and I've never had any problems with them. The place is always clean and no bug problems. I love the unique townhouse style to the home as well. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else in Tempe.
