maintenance people did a very good job
Expect roaches and inadequate ac that will run your electric bill up. I addressed this issue last year. Management has zero idea what they are doing. My winter bill is usually 200 less than my summer bill.
Be sure to expect guests who dont pay rent. Lol . Edited 6/17- Do you think the 4th time addressing this will actually work? What a joke. I appreciate the reply, looks good. But the reality is you people don't care.
