Military families don’t waste your time. There are plenty of places to live and honestly recommend living on base. I received expedited orders to PCS/TDY and explained that to the leasing department to see if they could help out and understand the situation but nicely told me to kick rocks. I also emailed to ask if I could have an extension to monthly rent and was met with silence and a nice 300 penalty for being 3 days late. My hot water recently went out on a Saturday and I got in touch with the front office about it. One of the maintenance guys came out that afternoon and, after inspection, realized the water heating unit needed to be replaced. He told me one needed to be ordered. On Monday, the front office let me know it was ordered and would be in on Tuesday. On Tuesday, 2 maintenance workers came and swapped out the old unit with the new one. My hot water is now extra hot and I’m very happy with the work that was done.
I put in a maintance service request at night, and it was fixed the next day! They even said my dogs were good babies. Thank you, John!
Love this place, so far its been amazing living here! The office and maintenance staff are all so friendly and helpful, and I would love to continue living in this beautiful community!
