Our experience living here was horrible and leaving the complex was even worse. We were charged for the most minimal things after we left our unit far better than we found it. Moving in we had to clean our dish washer multiple times because the smell was unbearable and as 3 young girls we just cleaned it without complaining to avoid issues with the new place. I lived at Sonoran Reserve for two years and unfortunately I cannot recommend this apartment as a positive place to live. Upon moving in my unit was infested with roaches. Maintenance and office staff were extremely unhelpful in working to remedy the problem. Often rude and dismissive. Since then management has changes several times. However even with these changes management has been rude, inconsistent, and unhelpful through the years. sonoran reserve has really gone downhill ever since new management has taken over. the manager is rude and doesn’t have good communication with any of her residents. the pool parties are insane. the pool is also dirty and nasty. it seems like it never gets cleaned. they prioritize donuts every week instead of the actual problems that exist around the complex. these apartments are way tooooo expensive for what the charge and the units are “renovated” but they look like ugly on the inside. they also raised the prices and charg... read more

Sonoran reserve only cares about appearances not about resident safety or satisfaction and the moment office hours close, it’s a free for all especially the pool.
