Worst place I ever lived I got stabbed here and they kicked both of us out and never refunded my deposit.i was never charged with a crime.It is trashy nothing works there and the pools are always locked
Been living here transitionally for a year! I've really enjoyed it - nice quiet place, central to Mesa and Tempe right down the road. The front office staff is very nice and helpful, and worked with me when I had an interrupt to my income due to having to find new work. There were a small handful of maintenance issues over the time I've been here but they've always managed to come out and fix whatever the problem is fairly quickly.
