Worst place I ever lived I got stabbed here and they kicked both of us out and never refunded my deposit.i was never charged with a crime.It is trashy nothing works there and the pools are always locked
Been living here transitionally for a year! I've really enjoyed it - nice quiet place, central to Mesa and Tempe right down the road. The front office staff is very nice and helpful, and worked with me when I had an interrupt to my income due to having to find new work. There were a small handful of maintenance issues over the time I've been here but they've always managed to come out and fix whatever the problem is fairly quickly. Place was always dirty they never fixed the laundry room machines laundry room was always dirty things in the apartment break by itself when you tell the leasing office about they don’t come and fix it. It’s always noisy place is just not it. Wouldn’t recommend anybody to live here
