Ive been living here for over two years and have no issues with the place. I am even more impressed by Ricky, who is currently the only maintenance worker on staff. Not only did he manage to replace my broken mini fridge within less than a week ( including time to order the new fridge) but he did so during inspection season when two weeks were dedicated to inspecting every apartment. I can now have a worry free thanksgiving and a happy holidays. Bless you and i hope you and the rest of the team have a happy holiday too!

Visiting my bf and he’s been here for over a year. They have roaches and are very slow with maintenance requests which is a nightmare because everything keeps falling apart. The air conditioning doesn’t work. The garbage disposal doesn’t work. The cabinet doors keep falling off. And he has yet to hear back from maintenance. Unacceptable.

Staff is really nice, good place to live, but there's been a beeping alarm going off in the C building for 4 days, i haven't gotten any sleep because it won't stop, I don't know what it is but it's making me miserable, it's almost right outside my apartment and the TV or music doesn't block it and it's just as loud in the bedroom I'm begging for this to be fixed I just want to go to bed
