The maintenance men are the most sweet and professional men have met doing apartment repairs. If a little upsetting that it's so hot when the heater turns on but they came and fixed it promptly so I'm pretty happy about that.

I rented an apartment and the first day I should have realized how poorly they maintained the place .. I should have given it a minus -5 star..they rented me a place not ready to rent..very bad lighting in apartment cabinets are falling apart they are water drenched .. instead of replacing the cabinets they rented it. The carpet smells like pet urine and feces which when I first moved in they just had it cleaned the next day after shampoo wore off carpet, you could smell the pet odor. they do not maintain apartments.
