Ian came out to check on why our AC unit has been unnecessarily noisy since we moved into our new house a year ago. Yes, the filters need changing, but the noise has always been extreme in one of our 2 AC units. Not only was he rude, when I asked him to please listen to what I was telling him he yelled at me, "It's not my job to listen to you!" He took out the dirty filter and there was no noise. No kidding!
