I tried to schedule a Colonoscopy Consultation with a referral from Oak Street Health, and all I got was a song and dance. As I understand, since my previous provider was Caring for Families there was some sort of issue with "Patient Sharing", so they couldn't make the appointment. I didn't understand, since I have Medicare A,B,and G, so me walking in off the street should have been granted an appointment. Unfortunately, I felt I had no choice but to find a new doctor after months of feeling dismissed and unheard. Good luck finding a how much anything is gonna cost. I had an endoscopy colonoscopy scheduled. I called down there to ask basic questions on billing. How much is it gonna cost? I called numerous times. I couldn’t get a hold of anybody in that office. I left voicemails.. I never got a call back. Love Dr. LOWE! Best gastro doctor in town! His crew is amazing. The place is gorgeous and clean! Huge shout out to Jacob and Jordan - those guys are top notch and are organized and super helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else. ❤

I would have given 5 stars for the actual procedure and the incredibly kind medical team; however, the billing practices are so disorganized and lacking in transparency. First of all, I had a clean procedure but they still requested a follow-up visit, which I tried to decline but they encouraged me to go. I quickly regretted doing so because I got a several hundred dollar bill for the 5 minutes post visit, which was truly pointless in my case.
