These guys are so AWESOME! I’ve been told for years that the constipation I deal with is my own fault, and that I’m lying when I say I do all the things and it doesn’t work or makes it worse. The office staff is SO nice! I saw Dr. Sajiv Sethi and he listened to me and believed me. Thank you guys so much!
This place is amazing. Very clean and easy to find. The girls are super friendly and professional Aria who checked me in at the front desk was very helpful. Thank you. Also Larrisa who escorted me to my room. Made me feel at ease. Dr. Chilukuri, Prianka Was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. I will highly recommend this office to all my friends and family.
This practice is a joke, I can't write anything about the doctors because I could not get thru their scheduling. Their scheduling is a big joke, for over two weeks I am trying to make an appointment and all I am being told is Dr. Lowe. is reviewing records since another GI treated me in the hospital. So Dr. Lowe who is on vacation was assigned especially when I told them that I need to see GI within 10 days per discharge order. I’m a long time patient of Dr Lowe who is amazing and recently I’ve seen his PA Emily who I truly feel saved my life back in March of this year. Her sense of detail and listening to her patient was rare to see these days. With her instructions I did have to get to the hospital. Her knowledge and guidance was amazing. Move the clock to yesterday I needed to see Emily again only to find the same care , knowledge and urgency to get things done. Which brings me to her assistant Noah! Dr. Davis and the team were great—that’s the only good thing I can say about this place. The clinic completely screwed up by merging my profile with someone else’s in another state. I started getting their bills, and now almost a year later, I’m still dealing with the consequences. My actual insurance continues to deny my claims because their system still thinks I have different coverage.
