If you have a busy schedule, look elsewhere. I arrived 15 minutes early for my 9:15 appointment. By 9:45, I was still waiting. When I told them I had to leave by 10:15, they admitted I wouldn't even go back until 10:00. To make matters worse, they refused to guarantee they would be on time if I rescheduled. A complete waste of time.

I have been trying to schedule a colonoscopy and unfortunately have had a very poor experience with your scheduling department. I spoke with two different representatives, both of whom were noticeably dismissive and seemed frustrated when I asked questions. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, “Lupe” placed me on hold and never returned to the line. Im afraid I judged too soon this place by the exterior but based on the care of the doctor and nurse staff i was wrong. I highly dont recommend this place to any one I've been feeling horrible pain in my upper right of my stomache bleeding when I you know. Still were playing phone tag and no response from my dr. Im so frustrated with this place I can't!!!
