Had a colonoscopy today and couldn’t be more pleased with the doctor (Khosla) and staff. Of course you all know that the pre-procedures are the worst. All an all, Exceptional!!!
The actual procedure was fine and no problems there, however the staff left much to be desired. First of all, I show up for my pre-appointment early. After sitting in the waiting room until past the start time for the procedure I had to go up and inquire just how far behind they were, as of course there's no incentive to be up front about delays in the medical field where the patients time has zero value to the professionals, or so it seems.
