The experience was not what I was expecting. The staff were short and rather rude. Dr Dwivedi R left me with no answers, didn’t ask how I was, asked what diabetic medication was taking, said to continue with them. Was indifferent to my symptoms and concerns. He didn’t care to ask. Sat there as I described what I was dealing with. Didn’t respond, stood up and left the room. I’ve been trying to cancel upcoming appointments made several attempts. Always busy tone. I don’t think I’m coming back to this office
I recently had an appointment with Dr. Rohit Dwivedi regarding my thyroid concerns, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the outset, I felt that my time was wasted. Dr. Rohit Dwivedi did not provide any clear answers or treatment plan. I left each appointment with more questions than answers, feeling uncertain about my diagnosis and next steps.
