This office is amazing! From setting up an appointment all through the check in process at the front desk, to the MA and the other nurse to Dr. Lara! Everything ran very smoothly and everyone was professional! I can't recall the last time that I've been to a healthcare facility so well put together. I have extreme anxiety and contamination OCD to a very extreme level where I am on disability for it. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Lara’s for several years. He and his staff are very responsive, especially medical assistant Nikki!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Sonoran ENTA was disappointing from beginning to end. The front desk set the tone. The check-in process felt cold and impersonal, and I did not feel welcomed as a new patient. My appointment with the audiologist, however, was excellent. He was professional, personable, took time to ask thoughtful questions, explained what he was seeing during the examination, and made me feel comfortable throughout the hearing evaluation. 6 months of care last year and no treatment for chronic rhinitis. More concerned that they get me hearing aids than treating the rhinitis. Sent me to another ENT!
