Went in for a simple flat tire, and they got a tube changed in 15 mins which was nice. But the tire was flat again the next morning and I didn't even ride the bike in between, since we took it on a truck home. Brought it in another time, they simply change the tube again and charge me for a new tube. It's very unlikely that those glass and throne in the tire were new since we didn't ride the bike after the first tube change. Like some of the other reviewers, I've been to many of the other bike shops in Tempe. Sonoran Cycles really stands out in comparison, especially in terms of customer service. I visited recently to upgrade from an old fixed gear to a more versatile road bike, and Terry was amazingly helpful. Before visiting Sonoran I had been to every bike shop in the Tempe-Mesa area during the last month because I knew my bike was on its last wheel. Just purchased an Intense bike from Sonoran Cycles and I can say it was the most enjoyable experience buying a bike I have ever had. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. They have put customer service back into buying bicycles. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great customer service! I'm a rookie to the bike world and the staff made me feel comfortable. I brought in a Trek bike that was handed down to me and need a little TLC. Willy took the time to explain what how they were going to tune my bike, and what it would potentially cost. When I picked it up, Dre was also super helpful. He took the time got get me familiar with my new bike. Highly recommended this store if you need a knowledgeable staff who has a great amount of patience. Thank you Sonoran Cycle!
