Had a broken spoke that needed replacing, thought I might need a new wheel.. After looking at it they told me it would be cheaper to replace the spoke and true the wheel.. They had that done in less than an hour.. Still gonna replace the wheelset soon but A+ service and really quick..
Took our vintage Huffys in for service after calling and asking about a constant rubbing issue, told them it sounded like it was rubbing on fenders. Was told a tune up would align the fenders etc as that was usually the issue. When they called and said they were ready to go and I could pick up, there was no mention of the problem not being fixed. At the counter picking up and in middle of paying $67, I was finally informed the rubbing was due to a "known manufacture defect" because the wheels where not perfectly round. I lit... read more
