By far the most poorly managed place I Have ever lived in ! No water for days . Sometimes no hot water for days. It is a shame because the property itself is very cute but not only do they take forever to address issues , the hidden fees late fees and excessive bills due to the water leaks are insane . The office staff is very rude as well . The lawn would go months without being mowed . I'm glad to be leaving . Oh And to top things off they changed the lock while I was moving with my two cats locked inside !

I live The palms at glendale apartments. 67th ave & Bethany. It's Unsafe, roach infestation, trash everywhere. I have police reports piling up for domestic violence, harrassment as well as juveniles harrassing and throwing rocks almost sending my child to the ER. I am in touch with Glendale PD as well as city of glendale code enforcement and the tentant act. Management here does not care about residents at all. Disregarded my police reports. I will be calling and calling tommorow to get this resolved. Outstandingly TERRIBLE.
