I couldn’t wait to get outside and write this review. I spent nearly ten minutes driving around the parking lot because I couldn’t find any signage for the lab. When I finally found it and walked in, a strong, mold-like smell hit me immediately. It was so overwhelming that I considered leaving. I waited outside until it was my turn. I asked the employee who drew my blood whether she could smell it too. She said yes, and told me that staff and other patients had raised the issue but felt their concerns weren’t being heard. Super efficient, even without an appointment. In and out in 10 minutes. The phlebotomist was very kind and understanding and very good at what she does.

Linda was absolutely amazing during my bloodwork appointment! I usually don’t do well with blood work, but Linda made me feel calm, comfortable, and cared for throughout the entire process. She did an excellent job and was both kind and professional. You can tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her patients. Thank you Linda for making a stressful process for me easy and positive. Employees like her deserve great recognition.
