I used Sonora Quest for years. Was charged 1/23/26 for bloodwork the office in Casa Grande, AZ said Medicare "may not pay". They would not do any other bloodwork until that one was paid even if I asked them to take that one test off. Paid it then my doctor resubmitted another code to Sonora Quest on 2/3/26. 3/2/26 Sonora Quest said they submitted the new code to Medicare for the claim on 2/13/26. 3-24-2026 Update. Appointment was for 8am was called back at 8:06am Alura verified my information took my blood without any pain. She's good I definitely recommend her! Was back in my vehicle at 8:13am Arrived to find, no walk ins, appointments only sign on the door.

Cherry was the lady that drew my blood. She is a remarkable young lady. She is full of joy and happiness. I felt so comfortable with her.

They take 15 minutes to process insurance information and 2 minutes to draw the actual blood. Why bother filling out the information in advance online if they need to process it in person anyway? Meanwhile the line is out the door. They seem to be perpetually understaffed. The staff are friendly though, so that's redemptive.
