3-24-2026 Update. Appointment was for 8am was called back at 8:06am Alura verified my information took my blood without any pain. She's good I definitely recommend her! Was back in my vehicle at 8:13am Arrived to find, no walk ins, appointments only sign on the door.

Cherry was the lady that drew my blood. She is a remarkable young lady. She is full of joy and happiness. I felt so comfortable with her.

They take 15 minutes to process insurance information and 2 minutes to draw the actual blood. Why bother filling out the information in advance online if they need to process it in person anyway? Meanwhile the line is out the door. They seem to be perpetually understaffed. The staff are friendly though, so that's redemptive.

All right, I got beef Your hours listed are not the hours you work by Your phones are literally down so if people are trying to call in, yeah good luck The fact that you guys only test between 7:00 and 2 :00 and it's not listed anywhere. Makes it hard for those of us that are already employed and have to get these tests done but it's not listed anywhere Y'all need to get your stuff together. I'm going to start reporting you to your parent company. That way they know what's going on. The one in Show Low is so much better
