Today we had a wonderful tech, Jose. Jose really went above and beyond for us when he found out my boy passes out with blood work, I cannot express how wonderful and professional he was.
The receptionist was horrible. Would not take our insurance information and kind of through them back at us. We got no hello or how can I help you. She acted like we were annoying her. We were the only ones in the lobby and had an appointment. She did much waited 15vmore minutes and just left and went to Lab Corp. The receptionist said hello and how can I help you. My blood draw today was very pleasant. At the Sonora Quest Labs in casa grande my phlebotomist was Ayanah. Ayanah did great job and was very professional. She also helped me take care of some administrative details with Sonora accounting.
