Long wait times. I have never ever been able to get my lab reports it’s been 2 years I have gone in jets on several times. I have gone through my doctors office & they have not been able to get my lab reports. Just horrible. They are still billing me even though I took my insurance cards & my photo ID . They evem scanned them & I’m still being billed . It states they did not get my insurance information. I’ve taken it several times. It is one of the worst offices I have ever gone to. “SCARED,” just reading the reviews. My friend, also, had a very bad experience here. I think I’ll choose another location.
I go here for all my lab work. Always have a good experience. Today I had nataly take my blood. She was awesome and very friendly.
It is ridiculous that they make you wait in a line just to drop off a specimen. People should just be able to quickly run in and drop it off and not have to sit there and wait everything should be on the labels that they’ve provided and there should just be an area that this can be quick and easily done and do it before work and not be late for work at this particular location they make you check in in a kiosk and they don’t even tell you how long the wait is there’s no receptionist to welcome you.
