I would rather talk to a person rather than a freaking machine
Showed up with an appointment for an online order and after wait 30 minutes I was told they aren't doing online orders today. Why? Now I have to wait a week to try again at another location I think they were just being lazy and it inconveniences me big time. Will never be back i do not recommend.
Gets the job done but yikes, why the attitude of inconvenience for doing your job? An unfriendly and unwelcoming tone has taken over more than one staff member here.
Generally good staff that know what they're doing, however the last two times I came here I had Sarai draw my blood and she's the worst. Every time I have a bruise from her and it hurts as well. Also, needs to work on her attitude, I don't think she wants to be there, but don't take it out on patients. Will request someone else next time if I get her.
