Couldn't be more frustrated. I'm working on a living liver Donation for a close family friend. It's out of state and the labs come from quest. Sonja couldn't have been less helpful. I've called 5 times over the last 2 weeks for assistance. They have faced the info. She knew the fax number on their vm was incorrect but did they do anything proactive no. Very quick and nice people, I had a bad attitude when I arrived but they made me feel a lot better, and I apologize to them for my mannerisms.
They were so kind and patient to my daughter, who was terrified. I'll only bring her to this location because they're great with kids.
Just got my blood drawn at the Rita Ranch location and it was the best blood draw I’ve ever gotten! Both the receptionist and phlebotomist were very sweet. I will come here next time I need blood work for sure!
