Professional, fast, efficient, place was clean. I gave info about my veins (small/sometimes roll) the tech used a purple butterfly needle and drew blood on the 1st try only felt a slight prick. I was getting a CBC & other bloodwork.
poor service
I go here at least 4 times a year, always little to no wait. Thanks too appointment only. Ladies are fantastic, I don't really love getting stuck but it's always extremely smooth and in and out quickly.
Horrible service , staff unwilling to help.
Couldn't be more frustrated. I'm working on a living liver Donation for a close family friend. It's out of state and the labs come from quest. Sonja couldn't have been less helpful. I've called 5 times over the last 2 weeks for assistance. They have faced the info. She knew the fax number on their vm was incorrect but did they do anything proactive no.
