I walked in to get my blood drawn. I waited 30 minutes for someone to return at noon. I was rudely asked by, Penny, if I had an appointment. I told her I did not, I had just come from the Deer Valley location after waiting 3 hours and not getting my blood drawn. She rudely said, that’s because everyone needs their blood drawn. This Sonora Quest Labs on Union Hills is like a cattle call. Just downright terrible. The only place that seems to be open on Saturday to get blood work.
