I walked in to get my blood drawn. I waited 30 minutes for someone to return at noon. I was rudely asked by, Penny, if I had an appointment. I told her I did not, I had just come from the Deer Valley location after waiting 3 hours and not getting my blood drawn. She rudely said, that’s because everyone needs their blood drawn. This Sonora Quest Labs on Union Hills is like a cattle call. Just downright terrible. The only place that seems to be open on Saturday to get blood work.
Terrible patient care! I went in with my elderly client for her lab appointment. The ladies at the front were rude and more concerned about the temperature inside and how cold they were than helping us. And also, their lunch schedule!! These people need some serious customer service training!! Especially with the elderly who deserve more respect & understanding!!
