I watched the lady before Me gets told that her paperwork wasn’t correct and they sent her out after she fasted and when she made the appointment, she showed the person her paperwork and they said everything was there. Then they tell me that even though I had a 645 appointment someone else confirmed it first online and so my appointment was automatically canceled, but I didn’t receive a notice of cancellation. It’s no wonder Sonora Quest is closing places all over Arizona.

I’ve come here a few times. Penny always takes care of me. She’s really great and professional. I love the at this office is appointment only. It makes it convenient and quick.

I walked in to get my blood drawn. I waited 30 minutes for someone to return at noon. I was rudely asked by, Penny, if I had an appointment. I told her I did not, I had just come from the Deer Valley location after waiting 3 hours and not getting my blood drawn. She rudely said, that’s because everyone needs their blood drawn. We are appointment only! I told her online it does not say, appointment only. She walked over to the door and pointed, see it’s on the door!
