The lady is oddly rude, I don’t even think she realizes she’s being rude, but very dry and short and has an answer for everything, and not in a good way…retrain on customer service please.
Website and signage says walk ins welcome. Went in to get labs done no patients in office, 2 technicians who laughed and said walk ins haven’t been available at this site in over a year and that we could get an appointment but it would be much later in day as they were booked. Please update website as other locations which did walk ins are much further away and will have to go without breakfast some other time to get done before school starts.
Even when you have an appointment you wait 15-30 minutes. Under staffed, disorganized. They can't find your electronic lab orders whereas other locations have no issue. Gave it a 3rd shot because of convenience of location but it's been this way for a year and I'll know to go elsewhere. Hopefully they can figure out whatever is going on.
The phlebotomists here are the only ones who can get my blood on the first try. I go out of my way to come here and have never had any issues!
My experience getting a breath test was simply embarrassing, for both their employee and their entire company. I requested the employee to wear an unopened plastic sealed n95 mask that I provided for our appointment and they repeatedly complained and eventually threatened me that it would not be accommodated for a future appointment. Their lax Covid-19 mask protocols are both ableist and absurd. 267,000 people in the U.S. died of Covid-19 last year.
