Can’t get anyone on the phone. Ghetto as hell.
I came in last Thursday and it was fast. Was told to come in the next day because she couldn’t do a specific test since it’s past 10am. She only does it from 7am-10am. I told her I can come in on Monday she then said that’s okay it can be from 7am -9am. Like make up your mind. I wanted to take my doctors lab request paper back but she didn’t let me. Was hoping to be seen after fasting. Extremely frustrated to discover it is APPOINTMENT ONLY. Don’t waste your time.
Located inside of Safeway. Staff really nice here! Only problem is they don't do UA's (piss test) here. You also need an appointment for other drawing.
1 employee to do both labs and secretary? You guys also never take phone calls if we have questions. You are closed till December yet you are still taking appointments. 😡😡😡
