If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a horrible experience. She missed the artery and then continued moving the needle around instead of stopping. On top of that, she used a large needle, and I was left with a painful bruise on my arm afterward. The whole experience was uncomfortable and upsetting, and I would not recommend this service.

I will not be returning to this location!! I went in on a Thursday to get some labs done but I had to make an appt for the following day because they didn’t take walk ins, I made an appt for Friday went in and the same lady that made me my appt Thursday said she didn’t have anyone scheduled for that time and that she had a no show at 12:45 and that was it she didn’t seem to want to take me when she’s the one that made me the appt she kept saying that corporate probably deleted my appt.
