Needed a blood test and waited at Sonora Quest with my order until they called me up, where they told me their computer system had frozen (10 minutes before closing time). Said to come back and gave me a note so I wouldn't have to wait when I came back. Came back today, presented my order and note, and was told by the unfriendly woman behind the counter, "Everyone waits here....get in line." Got in line and 2 hours 35 minutes later was able to leave after my blood test. Miserable customer service! I wonder if the counter ass... read more
Excellent people they get you in and out had to have 2 different series 2 hours apart and got me in and out. Great team
