Shocked that I had to wait 45 minutes to turn in a stool sample. Also, I clearly had written doctor test instructions enclosed, but the lab results said it wasn't enclosed. The attendant had to see them and enter it into their system before I left. Also, they had me put the samples on the floor; they were scared to touch them; clearly the person is working at the wrong place if they are afraid to touch an outside bag which I carried in.
