After going to the same lab for the last few years, i have to say that changes that have been made in the staff are wonderful. There is one particular lady that stands out. she always has a smile on her face no matter if there is grouchy pts,she talks to people, laughs and trys to make being there a little less scary. she has not been there long but long enough to make a difference in your laboratory. i dont like getting stuck but at least u know there is a smile to walk into if you do. thanks for the changes..gratefull pt.
