I had made a appointment with them. 48 hours in advance all insurance information also. Went to my appointment after fasting 12 hours. Only to be told that they don't accept United healthcare. Note this was by appointment only. Sad to go elsewhere. not happy!! phone call would have been nice.
This could be a good lab, but what is the point of making appointments (and in an "appointments only" location, but they actually take walk-ins)? My chronicly ill son had an appointment, but when we checked in, the wait was at least an hour. He gets so weak going on any outing that he can only last a short time, before he collapses. We had to leave without his bloodwork. This is really a shoddy Operation. They obviously have no idea about how to run the business.
Well, the appt part of the Portal doesn't work. They tell you they are full up on appts., but they will service you as a walk in? This makes no sense, if one thinks about it. If they are full up, how are they going to fit in a walk-in? Geez.
