Sonora Hearing Care has kindest, most friendly people. They are also super patient. This was my most important appointment… The moment I got my new hearing aids. They are perfect! Dr. Cristi led me through everything perfectly and taught me everything I needed to know. Now, several days later I love my new hearing aids. They are working perfectly. I am so happy I went to SONORA HEARING CARE, for my hearing needs.
I can hear clearly :) she is amazing sincere and wants to truly make sure you can hear! The staff is truly outstanding! I felt very welcome. When I first walked in. I felt very comfortable. When I got my hearing test. She explained everything I had no questions. She answered them all before I can even think of any! I can go on and on my experience was amazing. I highly recommend.!
Excellent service! I had a hearing aide fail and the next day I was able to get a hearing test and a loaner hearing aid that allowed me to continue my normal life. Everyone worked together to make this possible! Could not have been better! I live 80 miles away and they made it all happen that day to save me an additional trip.
I was not happy here, I was "talked at" more than listened to during every visit. I'm not sure if it's a nervous habit or just high energy but every time I tried getting my concerns across I was interrupted mid sentence or met with a loud "nervous" laughter. No judgement on anyone and their personality, but I'm not paying out of pocket to not be listened to or heard.
