I have to say dealing with Sonora Ford service department was an absolute pleasure. I was in the area visiting Yosemite NP when my F-350 started having issues that may be related to a manufacturers recall, for the integrated trailer module. I called early on Friday morning and a very nice lady of which I can't remember her name was so helpful. She proceeded to tell me that not only could they take care of that, but the mobile service could come to the campground and take care of that for me the following Monday. I was amazed... read more
