Appointments are a joke. 8:30 Appointment for a 30 minute job and at 1:30 pm it had not been pulled into the shop yet. I made a appointment to have it done promptly on my time yet I still had to wait most of the day. Cold unfriendly service.
The Service Department here is excellent. Securing regular servicing for my 2017 Escape is a breeze. Communication from Ryan about rates and progress of maintenance is very good. Everyone seems to be conscientious, wanting to do a good job for the client. Living in Groveland, I especially love the pickup/return service - technically free, but I do tip the driver(s).
