I opted to have the oil on my 2014 Edge changed using their mobile service. They showed up on time, performed the entire vehicle service in my garage. It was too easy!!! I could not have been happier with the level of professionalism and competence. I will definitely go for this option the next time the oil needs changing.

My salesperson was Mike and he stayed in constant contact from me. Purchasing a vehicle online was a first for me but Mike (and James in finance) walked me through everything. The transaction was seamless. They even delivered the car right to my door. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Sonora Ford.
I had a recall on my Mach-E, I used Sonora Ford's mobile service. It was very convenient to have the technician come to my house and perform the recall. The also filled the fluids and checked over the car, all at no cost to me. Will definitely use that service in the future.
