Recommendedexcellent customer service! had an emergency on our way to pinecrest from Gilroy. other than simple service items, I will no doubt make the trip here to sonora for any work on my truck. I highly recommend Sonora Auto and Diesel!!!!
I took my car there for an estimate on what appeared to be a brake and ABS problem. They charged me $115 to tell me my car needed a minimum of $2100 worth of work. I took the car to another mechanic for a second opinion and was told that the actual problem was nothing this shop recommended and fixed the car in less than 30 minutes for $50. When I went back to this shop to try to work something out to get part if not all of the $115 I paid for the estimate they refused to work with me. Wouldn’t recommend this place. $250 to tell you what’s wrong with your truck(said I needed new motor and turbo and power steering) just to take it home and find out my fuel pump went out and it was a $500 fix

STAY AWAY!!! I DROVE my truck here to check out a minor issue with the brakes and had to have it TOWED HOME because the transmission was completely trashed. I drove my truck to their shop with absolutely no issues and now it does not have reverse and will stall in every gear including park. After all of this they had the nerve to charge me to "diagnose" the problem and quote me $5,000 for a new transmission, which was perfectly fine before I brought it to them. Very shady shop. STAY AWAY!!!
I have a 1990 w350 dodge powered by a 12v 5.9 Cummins and this is the only place I trust with all my needs from brakes to engine replacement these guys have been there for me 💯 percent!!
