This review would have been 5 * if not for the extreme deterioration in quality of this practice, beginning around late 2017. Other reviewers have mentioned office manager, Lisa, and I concur. I was a patient of Dr. Senn’s for almost a decade and very much appreciated all of the excellent dental work that he did for me over the years. His staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and I always looked forward to my appointments for teeth cleaning and repairs. This all ended with the reorganization of his office in 2019 and the arrival of the woman billed as the office manager, Lisa. I've been a patient of Dr. Senn ever since he moved his practice to Sebastopol. Very lovely man and a good dentist. But for some reason I've been trying to get an appointment for a while and nobody calls me back. I guess I have to go elsewhere.

I've have been patient at this practice for about 21 years until today. I used to say that Dr. Senn was the best dentist in the world--but things change and sometimes people become pillars of salt, or some other metaphor of oblivion, and then stonewalls. I do not recommend this office. They are hard sell with a closer--they deny patient autonomy for profits. The patient does not get to decide. Wonderful Dr. and office crew. Never had any issues. Even recommended to family and friends. Always very professional. I trust Dr. Senn. And I never liked or trusted any Dentists before. Incredible team!
