I lived in Building 17 of the condominium, but I had to leave because the property was full of mold, which made my entire family sick. The house was uninhabitable, yet it was still rented out, and the condominium allowed this situation to continue.
We just moved here Not too long ago, and I actually have been pretty impressed with how quickly things are done here. Anytime I have any kind of question or even complaint. It was addressed with less than 24 hours. In the last month, I have seen sidewalks pressure washed grass seeds laid, playground pressure washed, and pest control come to make sure the premises are rat and insect free. My sister and her family used to live there and I'm so happy now that they decided to get out of that place. She called us one day, hysterically telling that someone trespassed up to their room at midnight, and was watching them. Out of fear she feigned sleep, when she heard the door lock again, her husband called the police. They didn't find the trespasser nor the land lady seemed to care what had happened.
I am currently a newer resident here. I’ve had multiple conversations with the “head lady” and never once been in contact with the HoA since they’ve never responded to any kind of contact, whether that be email, phone, or chat. Now that “head lady” is completely ghosting any contact. I cannot access the Facebook group because it is necessary to have the HoA/admins approval.
