I don't recommend
My family and I do not recommend the Sonoma Villero condominium. A mold test was conducted in Block 17, and the results indicated the presence of aggressive mold, which may pose a risk to the health of families. What concerns us most is the lack of transparency with residents about the situation. In addition, we believe there was a great lack of respect, as we did not receive the necessary support in dealing with such a serious issue.
I do not recommend the Sonoma Villeiro condominium. I lived in Building 17 and had ongoing issues with mold in the apartment. I contacted the HOA several times to ask for the problem to be addressed, but unfortunately nothing was done. I was very disappointed with how the situation was handled.

We’ve owned our condo at Sonoma Villero Condominiums for 12 years and have had a great experience. The community underwent major upgrades in 2018, including new roofs, siding, windows, and doors. The property has been very well maintained, and it’s been a wonderful place to live. Some recent reviews mention a “mold issue” in Building 17 which is not current.
