My sister and her family used to live there and I'm so happy now that they decided to get out of that place. She called us one day, hysterically telling that someone trespassed up to their room at midnight, and was watching them. Out of fear she feigned sleep, when she heard the door lock again, her husband called the police. They didn't find the trespasser nor the land lady seemed to care what had happened.
I am currently a newer resident here. I’ve had multiple conversations with the “head lady” and never once been in contact with the HoA since they’ve never responded to any kind of contact, whether that be email, phone, or chat. Now that “head lady” is completely ghosting any contact. I cannot access the Facebook group because it is necessary to have the HoA/admins approval. I have found it incredibly difficult and a frustrating process to have any conversation with anyone in charge. I’ve been told by residence to just park a... read more
