Bed bugs, water leaks and failure to comply with basic rules of the bed bugs. Let alone the water leaks. I have had 3 of them from my upstairs unit and the last one was a toilet flood and fecal matter and such was pouring from my ceiling. They sent a very bad carpet agency to soak up the water and then proceeded to not fix carpet but put a blower fan under the carpet, had 4 of them. I rented apartment there for 4 months. Although they have been renovated the kitchen cabinets, appliances and the linoleum in the kitchen and the bathroom were not. There were missing pieces of linoleum and the kitchen appliances were also quite old. It is difficult to tell if the carpet was changed at the renovation but it was also quite dirty and worn off.
