My sister in law is admitted there and my brother is down there with her they are both from out of town my brother has no transportation and no place to stay. They are no help and have no compassion the administrative nurse that is working there literally threw my brother bag out of the hospital and told him that it’s not her problem that he’s from out of town and that he can’t leave his bag in the room due to it not being on his wife’s inventory list. Terrible hospital, they are good at getting you in the door, after that things don't look so good, it appears to be a toxic workplace, nobody seems happy, nobody seems to know what do, then you land in nice hefty bill! Keep your family out of this place!
Avoid this place! Sonoma specialty hospital lacks professionalism and education on their staff. Their case managers are rude and nursing directors have no idea as to what's going on with patients. My uncle was sent here for rehabilitation after surgery. This facility made so many mistakes it is unbelievable. Their nurses didn't know how to operate equipment. They do not answer the call for help button when pushed many times which left him laying in feces for 45 minutes. He got a bed sore and feces could cause an infection. H... read more
Horrible more than a Nightmare. Tooooo many low rated reviews. There's a good reason for this. I have reviews and remarks internally for what was done here to my loved one.
I’m an EMT who takes several patients from here. This place is the absolute worst hospital in the county. I mean this with all honesty, this place needs to shut down. Every single call I’ve had out of this place lacks communication with the intended destination. This causes patients to be canceled, returned, or delay over patient care. It’s truly outrageous.
