Such a wonderful team. The technicians that clean your teeth and support the docs are all very kind and professional. The doctors are thorough and explain things well. The front office staff are so friendly, even offering fresh-baked cookies as I left!
As someone who had a fear of dentists due to past experiences, I will say walking into this office puts me at ease. From routine cleanings to treating my TMJD to recommending I see my Dr for a nerve issue called Trigeminal Neuralgia, I can't thank Dr Sutton and his staff enough. As a new patient I was greeted warmly. The care team did an outstanding job of onboarding me which included: x-rays, pictures, an exam and a cleaning. The staff was friendly and professional. I usually hate visiting the dentist, but not now. Many thanks Sonoma Smiles in Rohnert Park!
I was very happy with my experience. I hadn’t been to a new dentist in years and was reluctant. From the reception who was my first contact, to the dental assistant and Dr Sutton, they were so friendly and warm I felt like I hadn’t left my old dentist . My problem was solved with such ease. There was no pressure. I left a ‘happy camper’. I would highly recommend them. There was a nice atmosphere from the time you set your foot in the door.
Dr Sutton and his staff are wonderful. They truly care about you and your comfort when you are in the dentist chair. Everyone in the office is kind and friendly. I highly recommend this dental office.
