Sonoma Shambhala Center is a warm, open place of meditation, classes and events that welcomes all people and fosters kindness in the community. I have been a member for many years and feel it to be a peaceful space for all.
Contrary to another review here, the Shambhala Center is a warm, open place of meditation, classes and events that welcomes all people and fosters kindness in the community. I have been a member for 20 years and have never felt it an unsafe place for anyone.
Their website didn’t convince me. But I guess I’d have to try it out to give an honest review.
