I have been living at this apartment complex for two years. All of a sudden my rent went up $60 which is way too much because my rent was already high for what I'm getting. Very disappointed in the greed of this apartment complex.

very nice high end townhouse apartments, gated, dog park, play ground, and close to everything Clarksville has to offer! nice quiet neighborhood and polite tenants, would highly recommend.
The townhomes are in a great location and have great space. The staff is wonderful to work with.
I Love that there are no upstairs neighbors here and the staff is always very attentive. Highly recommend.
My son loves the playground while my dog enjoys the dog park. I love the fact that the complex is gated for the safety of the residents.
Beautiful gated complex with a playground AND a dog park! All the kitchen appliances are stainless steal (instead of those cheap, old, white appliances!). It is tucked back into a neighborhood so it's quiet, but also close enough to main roads to make commuting easy. LOVE these apartments!
