We had a great experience at Elevated at Sonoma. The community is beautiful, well maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process. A great place to call home. Highly recommend!
The home is beautiful and spacious, however, very dusty and the outdoor pool area was filthy. In need of pressure washing, chair cushions terribly stained and unclean and all the teak wood furniture is in need of staining. Guests pay too much to get an unclean home. I had too wash all of my bed linens because I was not sure of they had been changed due to public hairs on my sheets.
DO NOT STAY HERE! We recieved a loud knock on the door at 11:30pm. I instructed my son who heard the door not to open it. We were sacred. Then I look out the window and I see a two truck towing our car because it was 1 foot over on the sidewalk. No warning. He would not unhitch the car till we paid him $150. People are on vacation. Explain to me how that’s right. Knocking on peoples door at 11:30pm. Meanwhile the night before there was party till 12am super loud…marijuana smell all over but somehow that was okay???
