The inconsistency of the security staff and property managers is atrocious. We apparently parked in an area which wasn't cleared for parking during the day for less than 2 hours. Got towed. They contract with H&H Towing to a sketchy junk yard looking place in the backwood parts of Kissimmee. The towing company is slow and unprofessional. They make you set an "appointment" that they then don't honor. If you’re looking for peace and tranquility and cleanliness then this isn’t your place. If you like loud music at all times, out of control parties and a trash filled lake then this is the place for you. It’s like a frat house but for adults. Absolutely gross.
Resort was nice and spacious for larger families but it needs a better parking situation for larger families, considering there are 15 bedrooms and only 4 parking spaces at most of the properties.
