The staff at the office is very helpful. And the vets are terrific!
Recently, our 24 year old mare Cassidy presented with a perplexing emergency. Dr. Weil responded in the morning and provided initial stabilizing care, with further instructions to come post blood work results. Unfortunately, our mare took a turn for the worse and Dr. Greene was called to respond that night. The vets are very good, but their scheduling office is horrid especially for emergencies. Get their personal cell phone or don’t trust the after hours answering service. Years ago they said someone would be calling me and are on there way, I waited an hour before calling back and they said they had no record of someone coming, horse was colicing and I waited an hour with no one coming.
