A couple of thoughts on Sonoma Hills PT. First, the actual therapist are great. Chris and Julie, five stars. Very knowledgeable, engaging and know their stuff. Seriously Chris described my shoulder in more detail and with a better explanation than my surgeon did! On the flipside, the office is tired, equipment looks a little beaten. The administration of Sonoma Hills PT seems very questionable, I booked a series of 12 appointments after shoulder surgery. Of the 12 they cancelled 4, including the first introductory visit.
