We have been here for a year and have been very pleased with the office staff, amenities, and quality of the maintenance team. I would definitely recommend it if someone asked about moving to an apartment complex.

Initially, I thought Sonoma Hill was going to be a wonderful place to live. It's a lovely property. Unfortunately, through various situations I have come to find out that the community managers have terrible tenant service. I don't feel as if my concerns are taken seriously when talking to property managers and my voice is often dismissed and unheard. There have been numerous situations in my few short months of living here when I have been greatly saddened by how I have been treated.
