I would like to compliment the excellent customer service provided by Chris Rosano of Sonoma Forge. I had an issue with a shower faucet of the Sonoma Forge WaterBridge Collection where the hot water started to quickly go cold. I had this product for 11 years with no previous issues. I called Sonoma Forge for assistance on how to identify and correct the issue. We bought a Wingnut faucet for our kitchen about 8 years ago and it's been fantastic. In addition to looking great, everything is of the highest quality and their customer support is exceptional. I've corresponded with Chris R. on multiple occasions with questions about maintenance and, most recently, to replace our hand sprayer hose. He had it in the mail to me the next day and treated it as a no-charge warranty replacement because he felt it should've lasted longer. Sonoma Forge not only offers beautifully crafted faucets, shower systems and bath accessories, they’re a local business and I'm always striving to support local. Chris Rosano is a rockstar there! Always fielding whatever I throw his way, with efficiency and grace including help with custom finishes when I need them, rush turnaround times when I drop the ball. It's this consistent above and beyond attention that keeps me a loyal customer.

I bought a Sonoma Forge external tub drain and overflow. I expect it will be perfect for my application. Meanwhile, it is very solid and well built. And Chris, at Sonoma Forge has been helpful above and beyond the call of duty. All told, I am really impressed!
