The equipment is new and really nice, but the customer service is really bad. I was charged an enrollment fee after I had cancelled my membership. When I called to get a refund, I only got excuses, saying that I will get my refund soon. It has been over a month, and they keep telling me that the manager will call me back and resolve the issue. Worst customer service. I am still waiting for my refund.
First of all, the staff at the front desk are very nice, and I cannot express enough how great of an experience I’ve had with the instructors. Unfortunately, the membership fees go up and up, plus a “yearly service fee” and yet nothing gets cleaned or fixed or replaced. And they cancel classes if not enough people attend, which would make sense if you paid an entry fee per class, but since your access to classes is based upon your monthly rate, whether I attend a class or not should not change how much money the business get... read more
