Paul was great to work with. He provided us with several homes and lots to look at over the course of several months. We entered escrow with one property but didn't work out due to issues outside of Paul's or our control. Paul is extremely knowledgeable about the area market. He was also very in tune with specifics that my wife was requiring in a home.
