MISREPRESENTATION: I experienced a significant discrepancy in the cost estimate provided by Sonoma Family Dental, a part of ENCANTO DENTAL GROUP OF NEW MEXICO LLC. On April 9, 2024, the insurance coordinator assured me three times that she had checked with Cigna Dental insurance and that the estimated amount was accurate. RecommendedI had all 4 wisdom teeth removed today the staff made sure I was calm and comfortable. Dr.Ellis is awesome I didn’t feel a thing! Highly recommend. I had an awesome experience from the second I walked in to when I walked out!
Dr. Southwell is a very knowledgeable and kind Dentist. He addressed all of my concerns in the same day complete with doing dental work and fitting for a hard night guard. A great group with friendly staff throughout!
Super disappointed that you guys agreed to move my nieces appointment and didn't actually move it. Instead of admitting wrong doing you turned her away and later instead of fixing it, you were more than happy to give up the files for all the family to go elsewhere. Smh
I was shocked how rudely you treated me, starting from the receptionist, to the hygienist and even Dr Ellis. I remembered how nice he was last year. The hygienist was rough but barely cleaned my teeth. Even the dentist had to do some scraping afterwards. And the hygienist was so rough my gums are still sore. Thanks a lot

I’ve liked this dentist office since they opened. They give good advice and aren’t pushy. The really sweet hygienist asked if I wanted a tooth brush and I said I liked the little floss things so she gave a nice helping of those instead.
